Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, processes, and objectives, translating them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, extending the functionality of the platform to meet specific business needs.
• Customize Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, approval processes, and validation rules, to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware tools to enable seamless data flow and enhance system interoperability.
• Perform data modeling and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform, designing and implementing effective data structures and security models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to ensure successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions.
• Keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, continuously enhancing your technical skills and staying at the forefront of Salesforce development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations, providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain system stability and performance.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines to ensure high-quality and maintainable solutions.
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and customizations, facilitating knowledge sharing and supporting future maintenance and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative development features, such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs and middleware tools, such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing settings within the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful web services.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality results.
