Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple client projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, define project objectives, and establish clear project plans and timelines.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including assigning tasks, coordinating team members, and monitoring project progress.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and other relevant project artifacts.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions and contingency plans as necessary.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project post-mortems to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned for future projects.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging project management methodologies, and tools, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading and successfully delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, IT, or digital agency environments is a plus.
