Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking in Google Analytics.
- Set up and configure Google Analytics accounts, including implementing tracking codes, custom dimensions, and goals, to accurately capture website performance data.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and designers, to align analytics strategies with business goals and ensure accurate data tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics features, updates, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance data accuracy and measurement capabilities.
- Provide training and support to clients on Google Analytics usage, interpretation of data, and leveraging insights for decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks of Google Analytics implementations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Google Analytics Expert or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing and analyzing Google Analytics for clients.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, including advanced features such as goal tracking, event tracking, e-commerce tracking, and custom dimensions.
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpreting complex data sets, and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and resolving data tracking issues.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels, such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Google Analytics certification is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
