Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and advertising goals, translating them into effective Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audience segments, competition, and industry trends, providing insights for campaign development and optimization.
  • Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies, including audience targeting, ad creative, ad copy, and conversion tracking.
  • Design visually appealing ad creatives and write persuasive ad copy that aligns with clients' brand voice and resonates with their target audience.
  • Set up and optimize Facebook ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, ensuring proper targeting, budget allocation, and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad campaigns, exploring different ad formats, audience segments, and creative variations to improve performance and maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates, incorporating new features and techniques into campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to ensure seamless integration of Facebook advertising within broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about data privacy regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful Facebook ad campaigns, with a track record of driving targeted traffic, generating leads, and achieving conversions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including advanced targeting capabilities, ad formats, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, derive insights, and make data-backed decisions to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in analyzing key metrics and performance indicators, such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and effectively communicate campaign performance to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box, delivering innovative and engaging ad creatives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Relevant certifications in Facebook advertising, such as Facebook Blueprint, are preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agency environments is a plus
